Welcome to AL WAHA TRAVEL & TOURS PVT LTD Travel & Tours. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or using our services.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • "Company," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to AL WAHA TRAVEL & TOURS PVT LTD Travel & Tours Pvt Ltd.
  • "Customer," "You," "Your" refers to the individual or entity using our services.
  • "Services" refers to all travel-related services provided by us, including but not limited to Umrah packages, Hajj packages, tour packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa assistance.
  • "Website" refers to our online platform and all related services.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
  • Any errors in booking details must be reported immediately.

2.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking (amount varies by package).
  • Full payment must be received at least 30 days before the departure date.
  • Late payment may result in booking cancellation without refund.
  • All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

2.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in exchange rates, fuel surcharges, taxes, or other factors beyond our control. However, once full payment is received, prices will not change.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit only
  • 45-60 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
  • 30-45 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
  • 15-30 days before departure: 75% of total package cost
  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total package cost (no refund)

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or registered mail.

3.2 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to:

  • Insufficient number of participants
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.)
  • Government restrictions or travel advisories

In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your trip.

3.3 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 30-45 business days after cancellation is confirmed. Bank charges and processing fees may apply.

4. Travel Documents and Visas

4.1 Passport Requirements

  • You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
  • You must have sufficient blank pages in your passport for visa stamps.
  • Any issues arising from invalid or insufficient passport documentation are your responsibility.

4.2 Visa Assistance

We provide visa assistance services, but visa approval is ultimately at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. We cannot guarantee visa approval.

  • Visa fees are non-refundable regardless of approval outcome.
  • You must provide all required documents accurately and on time.
  • We are not liable for visa rejections or delays.

4.3 Health Requirements

You are responsible for obtaining any required vaccinations or health certificates. We recommend consulting your doctor before traveling, especially for Umrah and Hajj pilgrimages.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation and interruption
  • Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
  • Lost or delayed baggage
  • Personal liability
  • COVID-19 related coverage

We are not responsible for any losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

6. Package Inclusions and Exclusions

6.1 Typical Inclusions

  • Return economy class airfare
  • Accommodation (as specified in package)
  • Ground transportation (as specified)
  • Visa assistance
  • Ziyarat tours (for Umrah/Hajj packages)

6.2 Typical Exclusions

  • Travel insurance
  • Personal expenses (laundry, telephone, etc.)
  • Excess baggage charges
  • Tips and gratuities
  • Optional tours or excursions
  • Meals not specified in the package
  • Airport taxes (if applicable)

7. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before international flights
  • Follow all instructions provided by our tour guides and representatives
  • Respect local customs, laws, and religious practices
  • Take care of your personal belongings at all times
  • Behave in a respectful manner towards other travelers and service providers
  • Comply with all airline, hotel, and transportation provider regulations
  • Inform us immediately of any medical conditions or special requirements

8. Liability and Limitations

8.1 Our Liability

We act as an agent for various service providers (airlines, hotels, transportation companies, etc.). Our liability is limited to:

  • Making reasonable arrangements for your travel
  • Exercising due care in selecting service providers

We are not liable for:

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events
  • Delays or cancellations by airlines or other service providers
  • Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings
  • Personal injury, illness, or death
  • Changes in government policies or travel restrictions
  • Services provided by third-party vendors

8.2 Maximum Liability

In any event, our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services booked.

9. Complaints and Disputes

If you have any complaints or concerns:

  • Report issues immediately to our tour representative or guide
  • Submit written complaints within 7 days of returning from your trip
  • Provide supporting documentation (photos, receipts, etc.)
  • Allow us reasonable time to investigate and respond (usually 30 days)

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Pakistan and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, epidemics/pandemics, government actions, strikes, or any other force majeure event.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of AL WAHA TRAVEL & TOURS PVT LTD Travel & Tours and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
